The Inland Empire has numerous romantic restaurants for you to take your special someone out for a night on the town. While there may not be any ocean views, you can count on plenty of great food, comfortable atmosphere and a short drive.


  • Eureka Burger – Not necesarily romantic, but it has a hip vibe, great food and good beer.
  • Uno Tre Otto – Formerly La Picoletta, the same owners re-opened under a new name, with a new (and still authentically Italian) menu.
  • Le Pain Quotidian – Breakfast, baked good, and amazing desserts.
  • The Back Abbey– An intimate gastropub (cuz sometimes a beer & a burger with no kids can be VERY romantic!)
  • Viva Madrid– Authentic Spanish Tapas and a full bar!
  • Aruffo’s Italian Cuisine–  Good prices, nice atmosphere


  • Sayaka restaurant – Sushi and Teppanyaki
  • Le Rendezvous Cafe – The spiritual successor to San Bernardino’s Le Rende-Vous, boasting the same head chef and a more informal dining atmosphere. French/Creole cuisine.






  • Kellogg Ranch – (at Cal Poly)-This unique restaurant is operated and managed by Cal Poly’s students, but is no slouch when it comes to food and atmosphere.
